Aggressively look to fill vacancies with only the best tenants by checking credit for bankruptcies, evictions, judgments, collections, etc., and by verifying employment and previous tenancy via references and paycheck stubs. First and foremost though, we attempt to retain tenants. We realize turnover is expensive. It costs three to five times less to keep a tenant than to seek a new one.
2. Relieve property owners from day to day responsibilities of overseeing their properties. Furthermore our management services can be tailored to fit your needs.
3. Provide detailed financial reports and monitor property performance so that we can make adjustments to your specific management plan if necessary. Our reports may also be tailored to your individual needs and information requirements.
4. Control operating costs and provide maintenance services with our in-house maintenance team and with a select list of vendors that provide first-rate services at reasonable prices.
5. Manage tenant relations as a #1 priority. We have an extremely talented staff when it comes to dealing with tenants and complex issues and disputes.
6. We continuously keep up with area market rents and reasonably increase your buildings rent to generate as much income for you as possible while maintaining a low turnover.
